HELLO!!
GOMEN!! (sorry!) Its been awhile since I've updated here, so I'm going to start with the most recent events; thats the easiest.
I am home in America now, came back July 28 and I'll be here til August 24. I am really enjoying spending time with my family, especially Jill. We do practically everything together.
Since I've come home, I've eaten LOTS of American foods that I can't find in Japan, at least not for cheap! Such items have included corn on the cob, mint-cream oreos, frosted mini-wheat cereal (and just about every other kind of cereal), Jimmy Johns, McDonald's iced coffee, Sonic, the list goes on.
My family headed up to Spirit Lake in Okoboji last weekend, for a little get-away and fun in the sun! We really enjoyed ourselves, and here's a BIG shout out to Tim and Betty Jackes for hosting us and blessing us with a wondeful time! Praise God there were no injuries on the jetskis, and Jill and I both survived the "ride of terror" while our white knuckles gripped onto Nate. He knows how to give a good scare!
David, on the other hand, was much more passenger savvy! :) Here is David and I...
Nate giving Jill the "ride of terror!!"
In all seriousness, I love my brothers SO incredibly much, and it was wonderful to spend the day with them on the lake.

Jill and Dad taking the jetski for a spin!
The first day on the lake was so cold!
On our way to get nutty bars!
The fam at the nutty bar counter! yum!
Monday Jill and I went to Walmart and printed off over 250 pictures!! Oops, I paid for that one! But pictures are SO worth it! We got a lot, but not all, of her Japan pictures, and some from our most recent family reunion... More to come.... ;)
